Pablo Ángel Gutiérrez Colantuono is Specialist in Administrative Law and Public Administration from the National University of Buenos Aires, 1994, and a Law degree from the University of Belgrano, 1991. He received his PhD – DEA – at San Pablo CEU University, Madrid, 2005.

He is a Professor of various postgraduate courses in Argentine and Latin American universities. He is also the Director of the postgraduate course Specialization in Administrative Law of the School of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of Comahue. He has been an Assistant Professor – for over 10 years – of Administrative Law through civil service examination at the School of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of Comahue, Argentina.

He wrote several books. He is an Authority of the Argentine Association of Administrative Law of Argentina. Member of the Institute of Constitutional Policy of the National Academy of Moral and Political Sciences of Argentina. Member of the Administrative Law Institute of the Argentine Association of Constitutional Law. Affiliated Member of the Ibero-American Forum on Administrative Law. Appointed Deputy Member of the Argentine Association of Constitutional Justice, AAJC. Member of the Public Law Association of Mercosur.

He is the President of the Scientific Committee of the International Journal of Public Law, published by Fórum, Brasil. A Member of the International Council of the Brazilian Journal of Infrastructure, published by Fórum, Brasil. Member of the Editorial Board (for Argentina) of Contracorrente Publishing House. The criminal lawyer José Roberto Batochio graduated from the Law School of the Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 1967. He obtained a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1974.

An accomplished lawyer, he was the president of the São Paulo Lawyers Association from 1985 to 1986 and of the Brazilian Bar Association in São Paulo. From 1993 to 1995, he was the national president ofhttps://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conselho_Federal_da_OAB the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association, of which he is currently an honorary and lifetime member. He is a member of the Interamerican Bar Association.

He was elected a congressman by the PDT party and was in office from 1998 to 2002.

After the PDT party convention on June 14, 2014, he was chosen to run for vice-governor of the State of São Paulo on the slate of Paulo Skaf, the PMDB party candidate to the government of São Paulo for the 2014 elections.
